What Information We Collect
We collect only the personal and health information necessary to provide safe in-home care. This includes your name, contact details, health conditions, mobility needs, medication information, and care preferences. Most of this information is provided to us by Alberta Health Services (AHS) through the Client Directed Home Care Invoicing (CDHCI) program.
We do not collect information through online forms on this website.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Deliver and coordinate your personalized care
- Create and update your care plan
- Bill Alberta Blue Cross under the CDHCI program
- Meet legal and regulatory requirements
How We Share Your Information
We share your information only when necessary:
- With our caregivers who provide direct care
- With Alberta Blue Cross for CDHCI billing and funding
- With other healthcare professionals involved in your care (with appropriate consent where required)
We do not sell your information.
